Terms of Service
Last updated November 4, 2026
By using Cocodea, you agree to these terms. In short: Cocodea is free, use it kindly, you own what you make, and we may remove apps that break the rules.
What Cocodea is
Cocodea is a free home screen of useful websites, mostly for the Philippines, plus Code your ideas, which uses AI to build small web apps from your descriptions. The websites on Cocodea belong to their own owners; we just link to them and aren't responsible for their content.
Your account
- You need a Google or Facebook account to use Code your ideas, and you must be 13 or older.
- You're responsible for what's made with your account. Keep your Google or Facebook account secure.
- Choose a username that isn't offensive, misleading, or someone else's name or brand. We may change a username that breaks this rule.
Daily limits
Code your ideas is free, so each account can build a limited number of apps per day, and there is an overall daily limit for everyone. Limits reset each day at midnight, Philippine time. We may change the limits or pause the feature at any time.
What you may not build
Don't use Cocodea to make or publish anything that:
- Tricks people into giving passwords, money or personal information, such as fake login or payment pages
- Pretends to be a real person, company, bank or government office
- Harasses, threatens or targets anyone, or shares someone's private information
- Is sexual, hateful, violent or illegal, or harms children
- Contains viruses or harmful code, or attacks other sites or Cocodea itself
- Copies other people's work without permission
Please also don't try to get around the daily limits, for example with many accounts.
Who owns your apps
- You own the ideas you type and the apps you build. You can download them and use them anywhere.
- When you publish an app, you let Cocodea show it on your public page and let anyone with the link open and use it.
- You can unpublish or delete your apps at any time.
AI isn't perfect
Apps are written by AI and can contain mistakes. Check that an app works correctly before relying on it, especially for money, health, safety or school work. Don't use built apps for emergencies; call 911 instead.
Removing content and accounts
We may unpublish or delete apps, or close accounts, that break these terms or the law, or that people report as harmful. If you think we made a mistake, email us.
No guarantees
Cocodea is provided "as is". We work to keep it running, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that saved apps will never be lost. Download copies of apps you care about. To the extent the law allows, Cocodea isn't liable for losses from using the site, linked websites, or apps built with it.
Changes
We may update these terms as Cocodea grows. We'll change the date at the top, and for important changes we'll show a notice on Cocodea. Continuing to use Cocodea means you accept the updated terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
